Acuity is cheaper at entry with deeper scheduling rules, intake forms, packages and class scheduling. Booksy and Vagaro bring marketplace foot traffic we don’t have. GlossGenius and Square own card hardware and polished POS. Vagaro’s membership and forms suite is mature.
It’s a beautiful calendar. It doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t refill cancellations, doesn’t hunt lapsed clients, and can’t show you which text made which dollar. When the problem shifts from "look professional" to "stop losing revenue," it has no answer at any tier.
